Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms
By using the services of Premier Paradise Valley Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all work performed by our company, including estimates, consultations, concrete installation, repair, and related services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not engage our services.
Services Provided
Premier Paradise Valley Concrete provides professional concrete services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, slabs, stamped concrete, decorative finishes, repairs, and related concrete work. All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals in accordance with local building codes and industry standards.
We reserve the right to refuse service if site conditions are unsafe, if permits cannot be obtained, or if we determine that the requested work does not meet building codes or professional standards.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates based on site visits and customer specifications. All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Estimates are based on normal site conditions. If unexpected conditions are discovered during work, such as poor soil, hidden utilities, or other complications, we will notify you immediately and provide a revised estimate if additional work is required.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in the written contract for each project. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Payment is due in full when the work is completed and you have inspected the project. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as allowed by Arizona law.
Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for a specified period as outlined in your contract. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.
Concrete is a natural material and some cracking is normal. Our installation methods minimize cracking, but we cannot guarantee that concrete will never crack. Minor hairline cracks are not covered under warranty as they are a natural characteristic of cured concrete.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and for protecting your property and belongings during construction. You must also obtain any necessary permits or approvals from homeowners associations or local authorities before work begins, unless we have agreed in writing to obtain permits on your behalf.
You must follow our curing and maintenance instructions to ensure the concrete reaches full strength and durability. Failure to follow these instructions may void warranty coverage.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the work performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our work. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a project before work begins with written notice. If you cancel after work has started, you will be charged for all work completed and materials purchased up to the point of cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel a project if weather conditions, site conditions, or other factors make it unsafe or impossible to proceed. In such cases, you will be charged only for work completed.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
